Family Partner

Shontia Jennings, mother, DOB 2/22/82, and Charles Stinson, father, DOB 2/22/82, have been together for 10 years. They have a beautiful family of two sons: Charles Stinson, DOB 9/28/97 and Devin Stinson, DOB 4/10/04. The family is born and raised in Schenectady and have been life-long residents of the City.

Site & Schedule

October 2006	Inspect & repair sills; fix leaking basement windows.
November 2006	Remove asbestos; repair broken siding, remove all plaster and trim.
December 2006	Remove plumbing and wiring; modify kitchen and bathroom walls; install new plumbing, electrical & furnace.
January 2007	Insulate; hang & tape drywall.
February 2007	Install interior doors and trim/baseboards; paint interior.
March 2007	Winter break.
April 2007	Replace roofing; paint siding; replace windows & exterior doors.
May 2007	Install cabinets; finish plumbing & electrical; install floor covering; install appliances; landscape and pour driveway apron.
June 2007	House dedication ceremony.

House Drawings

The house has two stories with three bedrooms; this plan will be retained for the most part, except in the kitchen-bath area, where a small laundry room will be built. These changes are still in the design stage. The sketches below show the existing situation.
