Site & Schedule

Month	Tasks
December 2008	Excavate & install foundation wall.
April 2009	Install in-ground plumbing. Pour slab floor. Erect walls.
May 2009	Install trusses, sheath & shingle roof. Install water & sewer service. Install windows and exterior doors.
June 2009	Do rough plumbing and electrical. Install gas piping and heating system. Build porch. Install siding, soffit and fascia. Install insulation, and hang drywall.
July 2009	Tape drywall. Install interior doors and trim.
August 2009	Paint walls and trim. Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Finish plumbing and electrical. Connect gas and test furnace and water heater.
September 2009	Install floor covering. Install driveway and landscape/seed lot. Install and test appliances. House dedication ceremony.
