Your generosity may be expressed through donations of land for building Habitat houses or an existing structure for renovation. NEW BUILDING MATERIAL DONATIONS If it can be used to build a house, we need your new building materials and welcome donations. All such in-kind donation items must conform to the individual project specifications, so please contact our office by telephone or letter or email in order that we may have further discussions. We encourage businesses and individuals to sponsor a home. Recognition is given to all who sponsor and make a home part of their giving program. For those wishing to donate items, please note the list of acceptable materials outlined in our Donation Material Screening Criteria. We take good to excellent condition items like: kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, lighting fixtures, working appliances, interior & exterior building materials, used furniture, & more! (We appreciate a phone call prior to drop-offs, please.) We are always looking for volunteers to work in the store. |
